We loved exploring the charming old town and the nearby historical sites, especially the inspiring winery from the 1930s.
My children wished for a family-friendly cafe or snack shop onsite.

Friendly staff who went above and beyond to assist us.
The hot water was inconsistent, barely warming at times.

This place was just an appropriate option for a lightning trip in Ponce with fantastic value for money. The manager mailed back my forgotten phone charger after I left, which was really nice. Consider opting for a room on the second floor for a better view.

exploring ponce with amazing access to parks and landmarks
I really enjoyed my stay with a spacious room that allowed me to unwind after a long day of exploring the nearby Parque de Bombas and Cathedral of our Lady of Guadalupe, both just a few minutes' stroll away, making it super easy to soak in the rich history and culture of the area. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with recommendations for local dining, which truly added to my experience of this vibrant city, although parking was all on the street, which could be a challenge during busier times.

We had a lovely stay with a spacious King Room that came with a nice balcony and a fridge, which was super handy for keeping our snacks. We enjoyed relaxing on the sun terrace and catching the live music in the evenings. The only small issue was that the bathroom floor could've been a bit cleaner, but overall it didn't take away from our great experience! 🌟

Amazing staff and beautiful ambiance
I had a delightful stay with spacious, clean accommodations and a charming historic décor. The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially Monica at the front desk, who provided great recommendations and made check-in a breeze. The food truck right outside was a nice surprise for delicious local bites. The only downside was the occasional street noise on the weekend, but it didn't spoil the overall experience.

Warm hospitality made me feel at home. The hotel’s historic charm is captivating. beautiful architecture everywhere. My room was spacious, clean, and featured a cozy king bed, though it felt like two beds pushed together. I appreciated the complimentary parking and helpful staff. The location is ideal for exploring downtown Ponce’s vibrant culture. Some noise from nearby festivities was a bit disruptive on one night, but it didn't ruin my overall experience. The terrace area was a nice spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing, and the local food recommendations from the concierge were spot on. I would definitely return despite the small hiccups.

Our group vacation was a blast! We visited a stunning winery from the 1930s and explored nearby museums. The location was super convenient, and the staff was friendly. Just a heads up for future guests, street noise can be an issue on weekends, so consider requesting a room at the back for a quieter night's sleep.
Despite the fun, we faced some noise issues one night due to loud music from a nearby festival that saw us up late. It was quite disruptive.

Perfect for couples seeking charm
The staff was incredibly helpful, like Humberto who gave us tips on where to eat and sightsee, made our stay so much better! Plus, our room had this beautiful little balcony that was perfect for evening wine, just feels like a movie scene!
Wasn't exactly cheap, but you get what you pay for.

The hotel boasts a charming, historic vibe and a fantastic location near the town square, making it easy to explore. We loved the spacious balcony room and friendly staff, though the street noise at night and lack of some amenities, like a coffee maker, were noticeable drawbacks.
